Kevin Walsh and Brett Pitts’ 1969 ranch home in Hot Springs was recently featured on COCOCOZY.  COCOCOZY, which offers their readers “ideas for making your house into a stylish home”, dedicated an entire post on the home, writing that “I love this vacation home from Little Rock, Arkansas’ Bear Hill Interiors. Perfectly done in my opinion. It is the embodiment of ‘fresh’. The decor compliments the stunning outdoor views of the gorgeous lake but also makes a wonderfully contemporary but classic design statement.”

Thank you Coco!

We wanted to extend our sincerest thanks to Mona at Providence Ltd, Erin at House of Turquoise and Isla at So’mace for featuring the Greers Ferry Lake home we designed for the Fox family.   We received a lot of inquiries about the house which was also featured on the cover of At Home in Arkansas.

A special thank you to all the readers for taking the time to comment and for your kind words!!

The Perfect Getaway

We are featured in this month’s At Home in Arkansas!  Our clients’, Jeff and Melanie Fox, beautiful Greers Ferry Lake home is displayed in a 10 page spread in the June issue.  Below are some quotes and photos taken from the article Beach-style Chic.  You can read the complete article on AtHomeArkansas.com.

At Home: This place looks as if it could be at the beach-one part classic Cape Cod and one part casual Seaside, Florida.  But it also feels right at home on this hillside near Heber Springs.

Kevin Walsh: The homeowners, Jeff and Melanie Fox, wanted this house to feel different than their  home in Little Rock.  That house has darker colors, and from the beginning they talked about this house being light and bright, traditional but casual.  Melanie showed the architect, Ellen Yeary, and me some images of houses she liked; they had a Southern style we interpreted as the kind of place you’d find at the beach or on a lake.

A special thank you to Diane Carroll and Nancy Nolan with At Home in Arkansas for the great article and photographs!  The June issue of At Home in Arkansas is now available.
